Announcing our New Utility Bill Web Payment Portal

We have a new Web Payment Portal (pictured above) that is now active. If you wish to make an online payment or check your balance, etc. you can find the Web Payment Portal here. The Payment Processing Company does charge a small fee for processing payments. These fees are not charged or collected by the Town of Long View. In order to use the new payment portal, you will have to create a new login and password. Your credentials from the old payment portal could not be transferred. Also, the previous option to call a phone number and make over the phone payments is no longer available.

This change does not affect customers who signed up for Direct Debit payments (ACH) through our office. That option is still available and there are no processing fees for that method.
